1. Registration & login

To bid, you must first register. After successful registration, you can log in with your access data. Participation is only possible for persons 18 years of age and older.

2. Find the right auction

Browse our categories or use the search function to find the product you're looking for. The detailed view of an item provides all the important information, such as the product's condition, starting price, auction duration, and available shipping options.

3. Place a bid

If you'd like to place a bid, click the "bid" button and enter your desired amount. Your bid will be placed immediately and is binding. If another user bids higher, you can place another bid to stay in the race.

4. Auction process

Each auction runs for a set period of time. If another bid is placed within the last 60 seconds before the auction ends, the auction time is automatically extended by 60 seconds. After the auction ends, the highest bidder wins - the item is yours! Now all you have to do is pay and either wait for it at home or pick it up yourself within 72 hours.

5. After the auction: Payment

Once the auction ends, the item will be automatically added to your shopping cart. You then have 24 hours to complete the purchase. Payment methods available include Klarna, EPS, Visa, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Mastercard, and PayPal.

6. After the auction: Shipping

Shipping usually takes 1–3 business days via the respective shipping provider. The exact shipping costs and delivery times can be found directly in the respective item description. Local pickup is not available from all providers.

What happens if you don't pay?

If you don't complete the purchase within 24 hours, the item will be put back up for auction. If this happens three times, your account will be permanently suspended to ensure the integrity of the platform.
